• Assist in⠀the design⠀and⠀development⠀of⠀innovative,⠀engaging,⠀and⠀effective⠀learning⠀programs,⠀including⠀instructor-led⠀training,⠀e-learning⠀modules,⠀virtual⠀classrooms,⠀and⠀workshops,⠀with a key⠀focus on⠀the⠀holistic⠀needs of⠀the⠀firmwide⠀Practice⠀Assistant⠀department⠀to support⠀the⠀attorneys.
• Conduct⠀comprehensive⠀needs⠀assessments⠀to⠀identify⠀skill gaps⠀and⠀training⠀requirements⠀across the⠀organization.
• Partner⠀with⠀internal⠀stakeholders,⠀subject⠀matter⠀experts,⠀and⠀external⠀vendors to⠀ensure the⠀delivery⠀of⠀high-quality⠀learning⠀solutions⠀that⠀adhere to⠀the needs⠀of the⠀organization⠀and⠀strategy.
• Participate⠀in⠀training⠀activities⠀to⠀increase⠀personal⠀skill⠀levels and⠀improve⠀overall⠀understanding⠀of⠀learning⠀and⠀development.
• Promote⠀and⠀advance⠀the⠀learning⠀culture⠀throughout⠀the⠀department.
• Participate⠀in or lead⠀learning⠀project⠀teams to⠀build⠀positive,⠀collaborative⠀partnerships⠀among⠀business⠀stakeholders,⠀SMEs, and⠀other⠀firmwide⠀business⠀units.
• Develop⠀and update⠀training⠀resources,⠀including⠀facilitator⠀guides,⠀participant⠀workbooks,⠀job aids,⠀multimedia⠀presentations,⠀and online⠀learning⠀resources⠀and⠀learning⠀programs.
• Facilitate⠀training⠀sessions⠀and⠀workshops,⠀both⠀in-person⠀and⠀virtually.
• Make⠀recommendations⠀on future⠀improvements⠀to content⠀management,⠀workflow⠀processes,⠀and user⠀experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills

• BS/AS⠀Degree or⠀applicable⠀professional⠀experience⠀preferred.
• 3+⠀years⠀involved⠀in the⠀business⠀aspects of⠀a legal⠀firm⠀preferred.
• Passion⠀for⠀developing⠀and⠀supporting⠀people⠀with a⠀strong⠀customer⠀service⠀mindset.
• Familiarity⠀with⠀various⠀learning⠀methodologies,⠀such as⠀ADDIE,⠀blended⠀learning,⠀and⠀microlearning.
• Experience⠀with⠀learning⠀analytics⠀and data⠀analysis⠀to measure⠀training⠀effectiveness.
• Excellent⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀present⠀complex⠀information⠀in a clear⠀and⠀concise⠀manner.
• Strong⠀facilitation⠀and⠀presentation⠀skills.
