We⠀are⠀seeking an⠀experienced⠀and⠀dynamic⠀Financial⠀Controller⠀to their⠀strong⠀finance⠀team in⠀Abu Dhabi.⠀The⠀Financial⠀Controller⠀will play⠀a crucial⠀role in⠀ensuring⠀the⠀company's⠀financial⠀stability,⠀overseeing⠀financial⠀operations,⠀and⠀providing⠀strategic⠀financial⠀guidance⠀to support⠀our⠀continued⠀growth.

The Role

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀financial⠀models to⠀support⠀strategic⠀decision-making.
• Prepare⠀annual⠀budgets,⠀forecasts,⠀and⠀financial⠀reports⠀for senior⠀management⠀and⠀stakeholders.
• Conduct⠀financial⠀analysis⠀to⠀identify⠀opportunities⠀for cost⠀reduction⠀and⠀revenue⠀enhancement.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare⠀accurate⠀and timely⠀financial⠀statements⠀in⠀compliance⠀with local⠀regulations⠀and⠀international⠀accounting⠀standards.
• Ensure⠀the⠀integrity⠀of⠀financial⠀data and⠀maintain⠀an⠀organized⠀system for⠀financial⠀records.

Risk Management:

• Monitor and manage financial risks, including market risks, credit risks, and liquidity risks.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.

Cash Flow Management:

• Oversee cash flow planning and management to meet operational needs and investment objectives.
• Optimize cash utilization and manage working capital efficiently.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with auditors.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

The Candidate

• Collaborate⠀with⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀stakeholders,⠀including⠀banks,⠀regulatory⠀authorities,⠀and⠀investors.
• Build⠀and⠀maintain⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with key⠀partners.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Finance,⠀Accounting,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.⠀CPA/CA⠀qualification⠀is a⠀must.
• Proven⠀experience⠀(5+ years)⠀as a⠀Financial⠀Controller⠀or similar⠀role, in⠀the⠀investment⠀or banking⠀industry⠀would only⠀be⠀accepted⠀applicants.
• In-depth⠀knowledge⠀of⠀financial⠀principles,⠀accounting⠀standards,⠀and⠀regulatory⠀requirements⠀in the⠀UAE.
• Strong⠀analytical,⠀leadership,⠀and⠀strategic⠀planning⠀skills.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀abilities.
• Proficiency⠀in⠀financial⠀software⠀and MS⠀Office⠀applications.
• Knowledge⠀of Arabic⠀language⠀is⠀advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

AED 45,000 - 55,000 a month + company benefits
