Field Technician

As a Field⠀Technician,⠀you will⠀engage in⠀a pivotal⠀role by⠀establishing⠀and⠀maintaining⠀cutting-edge⠀communication⠀systems,⠀concentrating⠀on voice⠀and data⠀telecommunications⠀network⠀circuits⠀and⠀equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute⠀the⠀installation⠀of POTS⠀and data⠀service,⠀inclusive⠀of both⠀indoor and⠀outdoor⠀wiring.⠀Test and⠀troubleshoot⠀circuits⠀meticulously.
• Strategically⠀plan⠀network⠀installations⠀by⠀comprehensively⠀analyzing⠀customer⠀orders,⠀technical⠀manuals,⠀and⠀specifications.⠀This⠀involves⠀preparation⠀through⠀equipment⠀procurement,⠀tools, and⠀site⠀evaluation.
• Set⠀up voice⠀and data⠀networks⠀by⠀managing⠀cables,⠀integrating⠀telecommunications⠀equipment,⠀and⠀ensuring⠀adherence⠀to⠀industry⠀benchmarks.
• Certify⠀optimal⠀service⠀functionality⠀by⠀evaluating⠀circuits⠀and⠀equipment,⠀addressing⠀anomalies⠀promptly.
• Collaborate⠀seamlessly⠀with⠀network⠀operations⠀teams,⠀diligently⠀documenting⠀all⠀processes⠀for future⠀references.
• Ensure⠀consistent⠀network⠀functionality,⠀undertake⠀necessary⠀reparations,⠀and⠀maintain⠀updated⠀documentation.
