As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales for Springs Window Fashions' brands, including Bali, Graber, and Signature Series, by servicing retail stores, home décor franchises, and end customers within a defined territory. You will focus on building brand loyalty, conducting business reviews, providing product training, and leveraging Shop-at-Home programs to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail & Franchise Support:
- Service 40–60 retail stores with combined annual sales of $1–$4 million.
- Conduct in-store business reviews, product training, and build brand loyalty with retail management, store associates, and franchise owners.
- Participate in specialty and selling events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Sales Growth:
- Leverage sales data to identify and capitalize on selling opportunities.
- Maximize market share by influencing end-user purchases and retailer stocking decisions.
- Shop-at-Home Program:
- Promote and utilize Shop-at-Home programs to enhance customer interactions.
- Travel:
- Drive between 15,000–40,000 miles annually, including overnight stays (2–15 days/month).
- Work 10+ Saturdays per year based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$59,000 annually, based on skills, geography, and experience.
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to 15% of eligible wages.

Qualifications

- Ability to interpret sales data to identify and act on opportunities.
- Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift and handle items weighing 1–15 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights to install and maintain displays.
