  • Acting as⠀a brand⠀representative⠀and⠀striving⠀to meet⠀and exceed⠀all⠀personal⠀and store⠀goals.
  • Essential⠀duties and⠀job⠀responsibilities⠀include⠀Customer⠀Service,⠀Client⠀Relations,⠀and⠀Sales.
  • Actively⠀build⠀client⠀book, and⠀follow⠀through⠀with⠀clients'⠀requests,⠀concerns,⠀and⠀inquiries.
  • Continuously⠀build⠀knowledge⠀of company⠀history,⠀heritage,⠀products,⠀and the⠀competitive⠀market.
  • Continuously⠀build⠀knowledge⠀of the⠀latest⠀fashion⠀trends.
  • Handle⠀special⠀requests⠀such as⠀in-store⠀repairs,⠀special⠀orders,⠀hot-stamping,⠀returns,⠀etc.
  • Support⠀all⠀company⠀initiatives⠀as they⠀relate to⠀product⠀launches,⠀client⠀service,⠀and⠀selling.

Requirements:

  • Age⠀between 25⠀to 35⠀years of⠀age.
  • Can⠀converse⠀in Arabic⠀is an⠀advantage⠀but not⠀required.
  • MUST⠀have at⠀least 3⠀years of⠀work⠀experience⠀in a⠀high-end⠀fashion⠀retail⠀store. Be⠀fashion-forward⠀and have a⠀passion⠀for the⠀fashion/luxury⠀goods⠀industry.
  • Professional⠀presentation,⠀excellent⠀interpersonal⠀skills;⠀able to⠀communicate⠀in English⠀effectively⠀both⠀verbally⠀and in⠀writing.
  • Can⠀speak,⠀read and⠀write in⠀English
  • Self-starter,⠀Dependable,⠀Punctual,⠀Flexible.
  • Computer⠀literacy⠀is a⠀must.
  • Ability⠀to adapt⠀to⠀changing⠀needs of⠀the⠀company as⠀necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
