Responsibilities and Duties

1.⠀Providing⠀high⠀quality⠀physiotherapy⠀services⠀by⠀formulating,⠀delivering⠀and⠀implementing⠀treatment⠀programs⠀along with⠀evaluating⠀treatment⠀programs⠀along with⠀evaluating⠀treatment⠀programs⠀in⠀conjunction⠀with other⠀members of⠀the team⠀e.g.⠀manual⠀physiotherapy⠀techniques,⠀patient⠀education,⠀exercise⠀classes,⠀and other⠀alternatives⠀options.

2.⠀Undertaking⠀a⠀comprehensive⠀assessment⠀of⠀clients,⠀including⠀those with⠀complex⠀pathologies,⠀and use⠀investigative⠀and⠀analytical⠀skills to⠀formulate⠀individualized⠀management⠀and⠀treatment⠀plans.

3.⠀Testing⠀and⠀measuring⠀patient’s⠀strength,⠀motor⠀development⠀and⠀function,⠀sensor⠀perception,⠀functional⠀capacity,⠀and⠀respiratory⠀and⠀circulatory⠀efficiency⠀and record⠀data.

4.⠀Evaluating⠀patient⠀progress,⠀re-assessing⠀and⠀alternating⠀treatment⠀programs⠀if⠀required.⠀To gather,⠀collate⠀and⠀analyze⠀the⠀information⠀needed to⠀solve a⠀variety of⠀clinical⠀and⠀professional⠀problems,⠀at a⠀highly⠀advanced⠀level.

5.⠀Formulating⠀accurate⠀physiotherapy⠀prognoses⠀and⠀recommending⠀best⠀course of⠀intervention⠀and⠀develop⠀comprehensive⠀discharge⠀plans.

6.⠀Maintaining⠀necessary⠀inventory⠀of⠀supplies⠀for⠀assigned⠀room,⠀rotation⠀of stock⠀in an⠀orderly⠀fashion,⠀and⠀eliminating⠀outdated⠀items,⠀Reporting⠀shortage⠀of⠀materials⠀to⠀supervisor⠀at⠀earliest⠀convenience,⠀ordering⠀and⠀approving⠀replenishments⠀when⠀necessary,⠀wherever⠀applicable.
