Fashion Retail Manager

We are⠀seeking a⠀highly⠀skilled⠀and⠀experienced⠀Fashion⠀Retail⠀Store⠀Manager to⠀oversee⠀the daily⠀operations⠀of our⠀fashion⠀retail⠀store. The⠀Store⠀Manager⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀managing⠀all⠀aspects of⠀the store,⠀including⠀sales⠀performance,⠀customer⠀service,⠀staff⠀management,⠀visual⠀merchandising,⠀inventory⠀management,⠀and⠀overall⠀store⠀profitability.⠀The ideal⠀candidate⠀will have⠀a strong⠀passion⠀for⠀fashion,⠀excellent⠀leadership⠀skills,⠀and a⠀proven⠀track⠀record in⠀retail⠀management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop⠀and⠀implement⠀effective⠀sales⠀strategies⠀to achieve⠀and exceed⠀sales⠀targets.

2.⠀Provide⠀exceptional⠀customer⠀service by⠀ensuring⠀that all⠀customers⠀receive⠀personalized⠀attention⠀and⠀assistance.

3.⠀Train,⠀motivate,⠀and⠀supervise⠀the store⠀staff to⠀ensure⠀they⠀deliver⠀excellent⠀customer⠀service⠀and meet⠀sales⠀goals.

4.⠀Monitor⠀and⠀analyze⠀sales⠀performance⠀metrics to⠀identify⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and⠀implement⠀necessary⠀changes.

5.⠀Manage⠀inventory⠀levels to⠀ensure⠀optimal⠀stock⠀availability⠀while⠀minimizing⠀stock⠀losses.

6.⠀Develop⠀visual⠀merchandising⠀plans in⠀accordance⠀with⠀company⠀guidelines⠀to enhance⠀the⠀store's⠀appeal and⠀drive⠀sales.

7.⠀Maintain a⠀clean,⠀organized,⠀and⠀visually⠀appealing⠀store⠀environment⠀at all⠀times.

8.⠀Handle⠀customer⠀complaints⠀or⠀concerns⠀in a⠀professional⠀manner to⠀ensure⠀customer⠀satisfaction.

9.⠀Conduct⠀regular⠀staff⠀meetings⠀to⠀communicate⠀goals,⠀policies,⠀procedures,⠀and⠀company⠀updates.

10.⠀Collaborate⠀with other⠀departments⠀such as⠀buying/merchandising⠀teams to⠀ensure⠀appropriate⠀product⠀assortment⠀is⠀available⠀in-store.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Fashion Retail Store Manager or similar role within the fashion industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, designers, and market competition.

3. Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets.

4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and suppliers.

5. Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies based on findings.

6. Proficient in inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

9. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
