Core Responsibilities
- Responsible⠀for the⠀coordination⠀and⠀scheduling⠀of⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀meetings⠀and⠀presentations;⠀gathers⠀and⠀prepares⠀necessary⠀materials⠀and/or⠀equipment.
- Assures⠀the⠀planning⠀and⠀coordination⠀of the⠀executive's⠀calendar⠀of events;⠀schedules⠀appointments⠀and⠀prepares⠀detailed⠀itineraries,⠀complete⠀with⠀travel⠀accommodations⠀etc.⠀(mainly⠀domestic⠀with some⠀international).
- Assures⠀the⠀maintenance⠀of travel⠀and⠀expense⠀account⠀and⠀records,⠀including⠀form⠀preparation⠀and figure⠀reconciliation.
- Screens⠀telephone⠀calls,⠀visitors⠀and⠀letters;⠀answers⠀routine⠀questions⠀and⠀furnishes⠀information.
- Displays⠀a strong⠀knowledge⠀of desktop⠀tools such⠀as the⠀Microsoft⠀Suite of⠀Office⠀products⠀and⠀electronic⠀mail⠀systems.
- Responsible⠀for⠀special⠀projects,⠀as⠀assinged.
- Regular,⠀consistent⠀and⠀punctual⠀attendance.⠀Must be⠀able to⠀work⠀nights and⠀weekends,⠀variable⠀schedule(s)⠀and⠀overtime⠀as⠀necessary.

Salary:
Primary⠀Location⠀Pay Range:⠀$36.25 -⠀$54.37
Comcast⠀intends to⠀offer the⠀selected⠀candidate⠀base pay⠀within⠀this⠀range,⠀dependent⠀on⠀job-related,⠀non-discriminatory⠀factors⠀such as⠀experience.
Base⠀pay is one⠀part of⠀the Total⠀Rewards⠀that⠀Comcast⠀provides⠀to⠀compensate⠀and⠀recognize⠀employees⠀for their⠀work.
