Responsibilities
- Conduct⠀field⠀surveys⠀and data⠀collection⠀activities⠀related to⠀environmental⠀assessments,⠀including⠀soil,⠀water, and⠀air⠀sampling.
- Assist⠀in the⠀setup and⠀maintenance⠀of⠀environmental⠀monitoring⠀equipment⠀and⠀instrumentation⠀during⠀field⠀investigations.
- Collaborate⠀with⠀senior⠀staff to⠀perform⠀site⠀inspections,⠀document⠀findings,⠀and ensure⠀adherence⠀to safety⠀protocols.
- Compile⠀and⠀organize⠀field data⠀for⠀analysis,⠀producing⠀accurate⠀and⠀well-organized⠀reports⠀and⠀documentation.
- Participate⠀in⠀environmental⠀remediation⠀efforts,⠀assisting⠀with the⠀implementation⠀of cleanup⠀and⠀restoration⠀strategies.
Qualifications
- Education:⠀Associate's⠀degree or⠀higher in⠀Environmental⠀Science,⠀Biology,⠀Geology,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.
- Field⠀Experience:⠀Previous⠀experience⠀in⠀environmental⠀fieldwork,⠀sampling⠀techniques,⠀and⠀equipment⠀operation⠀preferred.
- Attention⠀to Detail:⠀Strong⠀observational⠀skills and⠀meticulous⠀attention⠀to detail⠀when⠀collecting⠀and⠀recording⠀data.
- Communication:⠀Effective⠀verbal and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills,⠀capable of⠀documenting⠀field⠀findings⠀and⠀contributing⠀to team⠀discussions.
- Physical⠀Stamina:⠀Ability to⠀work⠀outdoors⠀in varying⠀weather⠀conditions⠀and carry⠀out⠀physically⠀demanding⠀tasks,⠀including⠀lifting⠀equipment⠀and⠀traversing⠀uneven⠀terrain.
Additional Requirements:
