Architectural Designer

Position:

• We are seeking professionals with 1-4 years of experience in mixed-use housing or residential projects. We value diverse work experiences beyond architecture or construction.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-4 years of full-time employment on relevant projects.
• Skills: Experience with industry-standard software like Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Bluebeam. Familiarity with new and emerging software is a plus.
• Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture or related degree preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience is also valued.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of work and contribute to office operations.
• Coordinate with principals and architectural staff.
• Implement and improve office-wide systems.
• Fulfill architectural role expectations similar to AIA Recent College Graduate.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Newforma, Deltek, or Enscape is a plus.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
