• Migration⠀of on-prem⠀infrastructure⠀to⠀public/private⠀cloud⠀environment
• Implement⠀Email⠀Security⠀solution
• Implement⠀VPN⠀solution
• Implement⠀of⠀Identity⠀services⠀solution
• Implement⠀IPT and⠀Collaboration⠀environment
• Implement⠀Wireless⠀networks
• Ensuring⠀the⠀customer’s⠀solution⠀is⠀configured⠀and⠀technically⠀deployed⠀to⠀specification,⠀accurately,⠀and⠀on-time
• Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀low level⠀designs,LLD,⠀Network-Security⠀diagrams,⠀Network-Security⠀installation⠀configuration⠀& guides,⠀support⠀procedures,⠀test plans⠀and⠀runbook
• Participate⠀in⠀Developing,⠀documenting,⠀and⠀implementing⠀Disaster⠀Recovery⠀Plan and⠀execute DR⠀drills
• Work⠀closely⠀with⠀Systems &⠀Applications⠀teams to⠀ensure⠀solutions⠀deployed⠀as⠀designed.
• Work⠀closely⠀with the⠀Upstream⠀Service⠀Providers⠀to⠀implement⠀the⠀required⠀communication⠀links⠀(Internet,WAN,MPLS,ADSL…)⠀.
• Prepare⠀the⠀required⠀Rack⠀diagrams,⠀cabling,power⠀and⠀capacity⠀requirements⠀, and work⠀closely⠀with the⠀Passive⠀infrastructure⠀teams to⠀ensure⠀cabling,power,capacity⠀are met⠀and as⠀required.
• Work⠀closely⠀with 3rd⠀party⠀technology⠀providers⠀when⠀required.
• Conduct⠀user⠀acceptance⠀testing⠀and⠀troubleshoot⠀any issues⠀during the⠀implementation⠀phase
• Provide⠀ongoing⠀support to⠀clients⠀post-implementation,⠀including⠀troubleshooting⠀and⠀resolving⠀issues,⠀performing⠀regular⠀system⠀maintenance,⠀and⠀applying⠀patches⠀and⠀upgrade as⠀necessary.
• Perform⠀advanced⠀problem⠀determination⠀and⠀root-cause-analysis
• Plan⠀and⠀execute⠀the⠀Operation⠀Readiness⠀process⠀for⠀Infrastructure⠀projects⠀for⠀transition⠀into⠀production⠀support
• Identifies,⠀develops,⠀updates⠀and⠀enforces⠀standards⠀and⠀procedures
• Participate⠀in⠀implementation⠀delivery⠀process⠀improvement⠀initiatives
• Participate⠀in⠀due-diligence⠀exercises⠀and⠀information⠀gathering⠀for⠀client’s⠀network-security⠀infrastructure

• Hand-over⠀the⠀Network-Security⠀infrastructure⠀to⠀Operation⠀team and⠀for⠀Go-Live

• Ensure⠀new⠀knowledge⠀is⠀captured⠀and⠀shared
