2-Year Development Program Structure:

First year: Rotational training

You are⠀placed at⠀one of our⠀11 US⠀Manufacturing⠀Plants and⠀will⠀receive⠀hands-on⠀manufacturing⠀training⠀through⠀the entire⠀fiber-cement⠀manufacturing⠀process in⠀addition⠀to⠀development⠀of key⠀professional⠀skills

Projects:⠀select and⠀complete⠀strategic⠀projects⠀using the⠀skills⠀acquired⠀during⠀your first⠀year

Second⠀year:

After⠀successful⠀completion⠀of your⠀first⠀year, you⠀will be⠀promoted⠀and⠀assigned⠀to a⠀specific⠀process or⠀role⠀across one⠀of our 11⠀U.S.⠀plants⠀(Waxahachie,⠀TX;⠀Cleburne,⠀TX;⠀Fontana;⠀CA, Reno;⠀NV,⠀Tacoma; WA⠀(2), Peru;⠀IL,⠀Pulaski;⠀VA,⠀Prattville,⠀AL; Plant⠀City, FL;⠀Summerville,⠀SC;⠀Westfield,⠀MA)

Education/Expectations Required:

• Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Paper⠀Science,⠀Polymer⠀Science,⠀Mechanical,⠀Electrical,⠀Material⠀Science,⠀or⠀Chemical⠀Engineering
• Able⠀to⠀relocate⠀to one of⠀our 11⠀U.S.⠀Manufacturing⠀plants
