Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect⠀and⠀analyze HR⠀data from⠀various⠀sources,⠀such as an⠀employee⠀relations⠀management⠀System and⠀HRIS
- Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀HR⠀analytics⠀dashboards⠀and⠀reports⠀that⠀provide⠀insights⠀on key⠀Employee⠀Relations⠀metrics⠀and⠀trends
- Interpret⠀data,⠀analyze⠀results,⠀and⠀provide⠀ongoing⠀reporting⠀to HR⠀leaders⠀and⠀business⠀partners
- Collaborate⠀with HR⠀teams to⠀identify⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and make⠀recommendations⠀for⠀process⠀improvements⠀and⠀organizational⠀change
- Develop⠀predictive⠀models to⠀forecast⠀future⠀trends and⠀help guide⠀HR/ER⠀strategy
- Partner⠀with IT⠀and other⠀stakeholders⠀to ensure⠀data⠀integrity,⠀accuracy,⠀and⠀security
- Stay⠀up-to-date⠀with⠀industry⠀trends and⠀best⠀practices⠀in HR data⠀analysis⠀and user⠀interface⠀design
- Mine⠀data to⠀arrive at⠀specific⠀and⠀crucial⠀information⠀for the⠀organization
- Conduct⠀analysis⠀to⠀evaluate⠀processes⠀and⠀tests
- Extract⠀and⠀analyze⠀data to⠀drive⠀towards⠀predictive⠀analytics⠀and⠀leading⠀indicators
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge⠀of HR⠀processes⠀and⠀systems,⠀such as⠀HRIS,⠀performance⠀management⠀and⠀various⠀talent⠀management⠀software⠀solutions
- Experience⠀using⠀tools such⠀as⠀Tableau
- Strong⠀analytical⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀identify⠀trends and⠀patterns⠀in complex⠀data⠀sets
- Excellent⠀communication⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀explain⠀complex⠀data⠀concepts⠀to⠀non-technical⠀audiences,⠀as well as⠀to⠀collaborate⠀effectively⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams
- Proven⠀ability to⠀work⠀independently,⠀manage⠀multiple⠀priorities,⠀and meet⠀deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's⠀in Human⠀Resources⠀or related⠀degree, or⠀relevant⠀work⠀experience
- 1+⠀years of⠀experience⠀working⠀with HR⠀Acuity or⠀other⠀employee⠀relations⠀management⠀system,⠀preferred
- 2+⠀years of⠀experience⠀in data⠀analysis⠀or a⠀related⠀field,⠀preferably⠀in an HR⠀setting
- Strong⠀proficiency⠀in data⠀analysis⠀tools and⠀techniques,⠀such as⠀SQL,⠀Excel, and⠀statistical⠀software
