ELV Technician

• Strong⠀field⠀service⠀skills⠀with a⠀proven,⠀demonstrable⠀track⠀record of⠀repairing⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of the⠀above ELV⠀Systems⠀and⠀associated⠀equipment.
• Ability⠀to⠀understand⠀complex⠀systems⠀and⠀possess⠀good IT⠀skills.
• Ability⠀to follow⠀instructions⠀and⠀complete⠀technical⠀report⠀documentation.
• Able⠀to foster⠀good⠀relations⠀with⠀colleagues⠀and be a⠀good team⠀player.
• Able⠀to work⠀with⠀minimum⠀supervision⠀under⠀stringent⠀deadlines⠀and in a⠀high-pressure⠀environment.
• Ability⠀to⠀communicate⠀in English⠀both⠀verbal and⠀written.

Experience

• Minimum⠀3-5 years⠀of⠀relevant⠀work⠀experience⠀in ELV⠀including⠀Access⠀Control⠀Systems,⠀CCTV⠀System,⠀Intrusion⠀Detection,⠀X-Ray⠀Machine,⠀Central⠀Battery⠀Systems,⠀Road⠀Barrier,⠀Road⠀Blocker,⠀Bollard⠀etc.
• CAT6/CAT6A/CAT5/Pre-Terminated⠀Copper &⠀Fiber and⠀Fiber⠀cable
• Carry⠀out⠀operation,⠀maintenance,⠀repair,⠀and⠀installation⠀of ELV⠀Systems⠀like CCTV⠀System,⠀Lenel,⠀BOSCH,⠀Ving Card,⠀HID, KABA,⠀Access⠀Control⠀System, ai⠀phone,⠀Intercom⠀System.
• Intrusion⠀Detection⠀Systems,⠀Fire Alarm⠀System,⠀Automatic⠀Systems⠀Glass⠀Turnstiles,⠀Gate⠀Barriers,⠀X-Ray⠀Machine⠀and⠀Hydraulic⠀Bollards,⠀Blocker⠀will be⠀advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install⠀and⠀configure⠀ELV⠀systems,⠀including⠀security⠀cameras,⠀access⠀control⠀systems,⠀fire⠀alarms and⠀physical⠀Gate⠀security⠀Systems
• Perform⠀routine⠀maintenance⠀to ensure⠀the⠀optimal⠀functioning⠀of ELV⠀systems.
• Troubleshoot⠀and⠀diagnose⠀issues⠀with ELV⠀systems⠀and⠀equipment.
• Maintain⠀accurate⠀records of⠀all⠀installation,⠀maintenance,⠀and repair⠀activities.

Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
