CalPERS⠀Customer⠀Experience⠀Division⠀(CXD) is⠀seeking to⠀fill a⠀Staff⠀Services⠀Manager I⠀(SSM I) in⠀the⠀Workforce⠀Strategy⠀and⠀Optimization⠀Section⠀(WSO),⠀Division⠀Coordination,⠀Analytics,⠀and⠀Technology⠀(DCAT)⠀Team⠀2.

Under⠀the⠀general⠀direction⠀of the⠀Staff⠀Services⠀Manager⠀II, the⠀SSM I acts⠀as the⠀first⠀level⠀manager⠀over the⠀DCAT Team⠀2 within⠀the WSO⠀Section,⠀and is⠀responsible⠀for the⠀overall⠀oversight,⠀management,⠀and daily⠀operations⠀of the⠀unit. The⠀SSM I⠀responsibilities⠀include⠀working⠀through⠀subordinate⠀analytical⠀and office⠀support⠀staff to⠀plan,⠀organize,⠀manage,⠀and direct⠀the⠀day-to-day⠀operations⠀of the⠀DCAT Team,⠀and⠀provide⠀oversight⠀for⠀section⠀and/or⠀division⠀initiatives,⠀special⠀projects,⠀and⠀assignments⠀that are⠀assigned⠀to the⠀DCAT⠀Team.
