In⠀this role,⠀you will⠀assist⠀with⠀managing⠀the⠀ticketing⠀support⠀system and⠀have an⠀integral⠀part of⠀implementing⠀and⠀auditing⠀best⠀practices⠀and⠀standards⠀as it⠀relates to⠀GDS, OTAs,⠀FIT, CRS,⠀PMS, RMS⠀and any⠀new and⠀emerging⠀technologies⠀that⠀benefit⠀the hotel⠀industry.
The⠀Distribution⠀Analyst⠀will play⠀a pivotal⠀role in⠀ensuring⠀the smooth⠀operation⠀of revenue⠀management⠀and⠀reservation⠀systems,⠀including⠀Duetto⠀Revenue⠀Management⠀System,⠀iHotelier⠀Central⠀Reservation⠀System,⠀Synxis⠀Central⠀Reservation⠀System,⠀Opera⠀Property⠀Management⠀System and⠀Infor HMS⠀Property⠀Management⠀System.⠀Your⠀expertise⠀will be⠀instrumental⠀in⠀providing⠀technical⠀support⠀and⠀optimizing⠀system⠀performance⠀to drive⠀revenue⠀growth and⠀operational⠀efficiency.
Your Focus
- Ensure⠀consistency⠀and⠀accuracy⠀across all⠀systems,⠀specifically⠀in channel⠀and⠀segmentation⠀data.
- Manage⠀a⠀ticketing⠀support⠀system to⠀log,⠀track, and⠀prioritize⠀incoming⠀support⠀requests,⠀ensuring⠀timely⠀resolution⠀and⠀effective⠀communication⠀with all⠀parties⠀involved.
- Conduct⠀regular⠀audits of⠀revenue⠀management⠀and⠀reservation⠀systems,⠀including⠀Duetto⠀Revenue⠀Management⠀System,⠀iHotelier⠀Central⠀Reservation⠀System,⠀Synxis⠀Central⠀Reservation⠀System and⠀Infor HMS⠀Property⠀Management⠀System, to⠀identify⠀discrepancies,⠀errors,⠀and⠀opportunities⠀for⠀improvement.
- Collaborate⠀with⠀internal⠀teams and⠀external⠀vendors to⠀troubleshoot⠀technical⠀issues,⠀implement⠀system⠀enhancements,⠀and ensure⠀seamless⠀integration⠀between⠀different⠀platforms.
- Provide⠀training⠀and⠀support to⠀hotel⠀staff on⠀the⠀effective⠀use of⠀reservation⠀and⠀revenue⠀management⠀systems,⠀including⠀best⠀practices,⠀workflows,⠀and⠀troubleshooting⠀techniques.
- Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀documentation,⠀knowledge⠀base⠀articles,⠀and⠀training⠀materials⠀to⠀facilitate⠀ongoing⠀system⠀support⠀and user⠀education.
- Generate⠀reports⠀and⠀performance⠀metrics to⠀evaluate⠀system⠀performance,⠀identify⠀trends,⠀and track⠀key⠀performance⠀indicators⠀(KPIs)⠀related to⠀ticket⠀resolution,⠀system⠀uptime,⠀and user⠀satisfaction.
- Proactively⠀identify⠀opportunities⠀to⠀streamline⠀processes,⠀enhance⠀system⠀functionality,⠀and⠀optimize⠀system⠀configurations⠀to improve⠀overall⠀efficiency⠀and⠀effectiveness.
- Conduct⠀promotional⠀audits to⠀ensure⠀compliance⠀and⠀accuracy⠀with⠀Ecommerce⠀efforts.
Your Background and Skills
- Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Hospitality⠀Management,⠀or related⠀field.
- Familiarity⠀with⠀ticketing⠀support⠀systems⠀(e.g.,⠀Zendesk,⠀Jira) and⠀experience⠀managing⠀support⠀queues and⠀prioritizing⠀tasks.
- Strong⠀analytical⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀troubleshoot⠀technical⠀issues and⠀implement⠀effective⠀solutions.
- Proficiency⠀in Duetto⠀Revenue⠀Management⠀System,⠀iHotelier⠀Central⠀Reservation⠀System,⠀and Infor⠀HMS⠀Property⠀Management⠀System is⠀highly⠀desirable.
- Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀communicate⠀technical⠀concepts⠀to⠀non-technical⠀stakeholders.
