As⠀a Search⠀Center of⠀Excellence⠀Director,⠀you will⠀lead a⠀small,⠀agile team⠀of Search⠀Performance⠀Managers⠀and API⠀Onboarding⠀Specialists⠀responsible⠀for⠀analyzing⠀and⠀optimizing⠀advertisers'⠀search⠀campaigns⠀so that⠀they can⠀meet their⠀marketing⠀objectives,⠀drive⠀revenue⠀growth,⠀and foster⠀product⠀improvements.⠀You will⠀work⠀closely⠀with the⠀Product,⠀Engineering⠀team,⠀Sales⠀team,⠀Account⠀Management,⠀Campaign⠀Management,⠀and API/Ad⠀Tech⠀partners.⠀You will⠀partner⠀with⠀Product⠀Marketing⠀and MAP⠀leaders to⠀provide⠀input into⠀the Search⠀roadmap⠀and⠀prioritization.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit,⠀develop⠀and mentor⠀a team of⠀Search⠀Performance⠀Managers⠀and⠀API/Self⠀Serve⠀Onboarding⠀and⠀Support⠀Specialists⠀responsible⠀for⠀driving⠀search⠀strategy⠀and⠀advertising⠀revenue
- Partner⠀with MAP⠀Leadership⠀and⠀Product⠀Marketing⠀to provide⠀input into⠀Search⠀roadmap,⠀and manage⠀priorities⠀and⠀timelines⠀with other⠀cross-functional⠀leaders
- Partner⠀with MAP⠀leadership,⠀Product⠀Marketing,⠀MAP⠀training⠀teams on⠀development⠀of ongoing⠀educational⠀materials⠀to⠀up-skill⠀the⠀broader⠀MAP⠀organization⠀- Sales⠀and Ops on⠀MAP's⠀Search⠀product⠀portfolio⠀and⠀platform.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years'⠀work⠀experience⠀in⠀advertising⠀industry⠀with focus⠀in paid⠀search,⠀retail⠀search⠀and/or⠀eCommerce.
- Minimum⠀5 years of⠀people⠀leadership,⠀including⠀experience⠀hiring,⠀developing⠀and⠀mentoring⠀a⠀team
- Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀business⠀or related⠀field
- Expertise⠀in paid⠀search⠀with⠀advanced⠀knowledge⠀of all⠀paid⠀search⠀terminology⠀and key⠀industry⠀tools,⠀with⠀experience⠀in keyword⠀bidding⠀strategies,⠀budget⠀management⠀and⠀optimization
- Knowledge⠀of API and⠀Self-Serve⠀platforms⠀with⠀experience⠀in⠀advertiser⠀onboarding⠀and⠀support
- Proven⠀track⠀record⠀using⠀analytic⠀and⠀quantitative⠀skills to⠀develop⠀scalable⠀media⠀strategies,⠀validate⠀and⠀measure⠀search⠀performance,⠀and⠀deliver⠀actionable⠀insights
