As⠀our⠀Director⠀of⠀Community⠀Relations,⠀you'll⠀find⠀yourself⠀at the⠀nexus of⠀impact and⠀innovation.⠀You'll⠀navigate a⠀Monday⠀through⠀Friday⠀schedule⠀between 9⠀AM and 5⠀PM, with⠀occasional⠀flexibility⠀for events⠀and⠀community⠀needs.⠀Your role⠀goes⠀beyond the⠀conventional,⠀encompassing⠀the⠀coordination⠀of special⠀events,⠀development⠀of⠀community⠀outreach⠀programs,⠀and⠀meticulous⠀management⠀of both a⠀closed⠀community⠀newsletter⠀and a⠀public⠀newsletter⠀showcasing⠀events and⠀opportunities.⠀Picture⠀yourself⠀as the⠀architect⠀of⠀community⠀engagement,⠀creating⠀and⠀executing⠀strategies⠀that⠀positively⠀influence⠀the⠀community.⠀You'll⠀serve as⠀the⠀primary⠀point of⠀contact⠀for⠀neighboring⠀businesses,⠀institutions,⠀and⠀communities,⠀embodying⠀the spirit⠀of The⠀Fedcap⠀Group and⠀amplifying⠀its vision⠀within the⠀local⠀community.⠀Your⠀ability to⠀organize⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀community⠀outreach⠀programs,⠀respond to⠀community⠀inquiries,⠀and build⠀cross-functional⠀relationships⠀within the⠀company⠀will be⠀the⠀driving⠀force⠀behind our⠀shared⠀success.
