Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s⠀Degree in⠀Human⠀Resources,⠀Business⠀Administration,⠀or related⠀field.
- Seven⠀(7) years⠀of⠀progressive⠀HR⠀experience⠀with⠀specialties⠀in HR⠀senior⠀leadership,⠀talent⠀advisory,⠀people⠀operations⠀and HR⠀systems⠀with a⠀large⠀healthcare⠀and/or⠀academic⠀institution.
- Five⠀(5) years⠀of⠀supervisory⠀experience.
- Professional⠀in Human⠀Resources⠀Certification⠀required⠀(HRCI/SHRM).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years⠀of⠀progressive⠀HR⠀experience⠀with⠀specialties⠀in HR⠀senior⠀leadership,⠀talent⠀advisory,⠀people⠀operations⠀and HR⠀systems⠀with a⠀large⠀healthcare⠀and/or⠀academic⠀institution.
