Responsibilities:
Lead our⠀employee⠀listening⠀strategy,⠀including⠀our⠀Employee⠀Engagement⠀Survey,⠀pulses and⠀action⠀planning.
Assess⠀and define⠀markers of⠀culture⠀for the⠀Region,⠀including⠀bringing⠀our values⠀and⠀purpose to⠀life.
Partnership⠀with TA to⠀build an⠀attractive⠀Employee⠀Value⠀Proposition⠀that⠀reflects⠀the⠀culture of⠀Mondelēz,⠀including⠀supporting⠀our goal⠀to become⠀a Great⠀Place to⠀Work
Develop⠀and drive⠀initiatives⠀to shape⠀and embed⠀culture⠀and create⠀greater⠀connection⠀among our⠀people.
Refresh⠀and⠀execute on⠀the North⠀America⠀DEI⠀strategy⠀including:
Act⠀as a⠀center of⠀expertise⠀and⠀consultant⠀in DEI;⠀responsible⠀for⠀long-term⠀strategy⠀and annual⠀plan for⠀MDLZ⠀inclusion⠀priorities⠀and⠀aspirational⠀goals
Responsible⠀for⠀building⠀capabilities,⠀including⠀developing,⠀implementing⠀and⠀supporting⠀ongoing⠀education⠀and⠀training⠀programs⠀across the⠀organization⠀by⠀providing⠀insights,⠀training,⠀and⠀leadership⠀induction,⠀with the⠀goal of⠀building⠀more⠀inclusive⠀leaders
Oversee⠀Employee⠀Resource⠀Groups,⠀ensuring⠀the groups⠀are a⠀strategic⠀resource⠀in support⠀of the⠀company’s⠀DEI⠀agenda.
Benchmark⠀externally,⠀sharing⠀best⠀practices,⠀facilitate⠀strategic⠀planning⠀and drive⠀decision⠀making to⠀support⠀execution⠀for⠀organization-wide⠀adoption.
Partner⠀with the⠀talent⠀organization⠀to ensure⠀there is⠀diversity⠀focused⠀sourcing⠀and⠀recruitment⠀programs⠀in place,⠀and that⠀teams are⠀mitigating⠀bias⠀through⠀the hiring⠀and talent⠀management⠀processes.⠀Where⠀necessary,⠀develop⠀and⠀implement⠀leadership⠀development⠀programs⠀and⠀support to⠀ensure⠀building⠀talent to⠀create⠀diverse⠀succession⠀pipelines⠀for⠀leadership⠀roles.
Develop⠀and⠀monitor⠀key DEI⠀and⠀culture⠀indicators;⠀oversee⠀the⠀collection⠀of data,⠀analyze⠀outcomes⠀against⠀established⠀targets,⠀and modify⠀strategies⠀as⠀necessary⠀to achieve⠀results;⠀analyze⠀employee⠀engagement⠀surveys⠀and⠀develop⠀targeted⠀action⠀plans to⠀address⠀inclusion⠀and⠀belonging.
Partner⠀with⠀corporate⠀communications⠀to shape⠀internal⠀communication⠀strategies⠀to promote⠀inclusion⠀and⠀regularly⠀communicate⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀diversity⠀and⠀inclusion⠀activities,⠀events,⠀and⠀progress.
Oversee⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀reporting⠀including⠀legal and⠀regulatory,⠀(ex.⠀Eeo-1,⠀Affirmative⠀Action⠀Reports⠀and⠀planning,⠀State⠀reporting)⠀as well as⠀annual ESG⠀and DEI⠀website⠀reporting⠀and⠀maintenance.
Act⠀as main⠀contact⠀and lead⠀to build⠀strategic⠀alliance⠀with⠀established⠀external⠀partnership,⠀while⠀developing⠀creative⠀avenues to⠀build⠀additional⠀partnerships⠀aligned⠀with the⠀company’s⠀DEI goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's⠀degree is⠀required
10⠀or more⠀years of⠀experience⠀in the⠀human⠀capital⠀space
Direct⠀experience⠀leading⠀DEI for a⠀large BU⠀or region⠀for a⠀large⠀organization
Experience⠀in driving⠀culture⠀change in⠀an⠀organization
Experience⠀in a⠀consumer-facing⠀organization,⠀with⠀consumer⠀products⠀organization⠀or⠀Consumer-Packaged⠀Goods⠀(CPG)⠀experience⠀is⠀strongly⠀preferred
Experience⠀coaching⠀leaders on⠀how to⠀have⠀conversations⠀around⠀DEI
Experience⠀partnering⠀with⠀talent⠀acquisition⠀to build a⠀diverse⠀talent⠀pipeline.
Strong⠀experience⠀influencing⠀without⠀authority—driving⠀an⠀enterprise⠀level⠀agenda⠀through⠀others
