TransUnion is seeking a Technical Operations Support Engineer to join our Marketing Solutions team. In this technical support role, you will become an expert on our Tru Audience platforms, advising internal stakeholders on best practices and providing troubleshooting and digital marketing solutions in our AWS Cloud-based environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 4-5 years in a technical support role, ideally in a digital marketing or media environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, bash/Linux, and AWS CLI.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to resolve customer needs effectively.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and resolve issues across teams, managing client requests or escalating when necessary.
- Tools: Experience using Jira for workflow tracking.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an analytical field.
Customer Support and Implementation:
- Prioritize and resolve technical support questions, issues, and deliver Identity and Audience data products.
- Triage complex platform issues and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Technical Account Managers, Delivery Ops, Product, Engineering).
- Assist with onboarding new customers by providing technical expertise and managing implementation details.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
Technical Liaison:
- Configure internal tools for client data distribution, product fulfillment, and API integrations.
- Identify and resolve incidents/bugs submitted by clients or internal teams, ensuring adherence to service level obligations.
- Monitor platform health, proactively identify issues, and escalate as needed.
- Query, analyze, and provide insight into data discrepancies.
- Contribute to the creation of best practice documentation and internal training materials.
