Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop⠀and⠀implement⠀digital⠀sales⠀strategies⠀to drive⠀revenue⠀growth
  • Deliver⠀the top⠀line Sales⠀plan⠀through⠀digital⠀channels⠀(own and⠀partner⠀channels)
  • Monitor⠀& evaluate⠀performance⠀by channel⠀and pursue⠀optimization⠀strategies⠀to reach⠀the⠀plan
  • Collaborate⠀with⠀marketing⠀team to⠀create and⠀execute⠀new⠀campaigns⠀that drive⠀traffic⠀and⠀generate⠀leads
  • Collaborate⠀with UX/UI⠀teams to⠀constantly⠀optimize⠀digital⠀journeys
  • Define⠀web⠀analytics⠀strategy⠀and⠀oversee/collaborate⠀on web⠀analytics⠀implementation
  • Establish⠀and⠀maintain⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with⠀customers⠀and⠀partners,⠀ensuring⠀their⠀needs are⠀met and⠀their⠀expectations⠀are⠀exceeded
  • Work⠀closely⠀with the⠀customer⠀experience⠀team to⠀ensure⠀customer⠀satisfaction⠀and⠀retention
  • Manage⠀(or⠀oversee)⠀UAT⠀process⠀for any⠀new⠀release
  • Analyze⠀and report⠀on sales⠀metrics,⠀identifying⠀opportunities⠀for⠀improvement⠀and⠀optimization
  • Stay⠀up-to-date⠀with the⠀latest⠀trends and⠀developments⠀in digital⠀marketing,⠀digital⠀acquisition⠀and⠀digital⠀customer⠀experiences
  • Work⠀closely⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams to⠀ensure⠀alignment⠀and⠀support of⠀sales⠀objectives
  • Collaborate⠀with⠀marketing⠀team to⠀analyze⠀and⠀constantly⠀optimize⠀sales⠀funnel⠀through⠀understanding,⠀among⠀others,⠀web⠀analytics⠀(Adobe⠀Analytics),⠀while⠀monitoring⠀and⠀evaluating⠀performance⠀by⠀marketing⠀channel⠀(such as⠀SEO, paid,⠀affiliates⠀and⠀display,⠀etc.) and⠀pursue⠀strategies⠀to promote⠀growth
  • Develop⠀and⠀implement⠀digital⠀sales⠀strategies⠀and⠀omnichannel⠀sales⠀strategies⠀(meaning⠀strong⠀collaboration⠀with⠀outbound⠀call⠀center⠀teams) to⠀drive⠀revenue⠀growth
  • Support⠀the⠀implementation⠀of new⠀opportunities⠀into BAU⠀within⠀agreed⠀timelines⠀and scope


Requirements

  • Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀business,⠀marketing⠀or a⠀related⠀field
  • Proven⠀track⠀record of⠀driving⠀sales⠀through⠀digital⠀channels
  • Experience⠀with⠀online⠀marketing⠀and sales⠀techniques⠀such as⠀SEO, SEM,⠀social⠀media,⠀email⠀marketing,⠀and⠀content⠀marketing
  • Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀presentation⠀skills
  • Strong⠀analytical⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills
  • Ability to⠀work⠀independently⠀and as⠀part of a⠀team
  • Detail-oriented⠀with⠀excellent⠀organizational⠀skills
  • Self-motivated⠀with a⠀positive⠀attitude
  • Experience⠀working⠀with⠀Salesforce⠀or other⠀CRM⠀platforms⠀is a⠀plus
  • Working⠀experience⠀on⠀Financial⠀and⠀Insurance⠀industries
