The⠀Digital⠀Revenue⠀Manager⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀activating⠀new⠀internet⠀retailer⠀accounts⠀(like⠀4imprint⠀and Custom⠀Ink),⠀merchandising⠀digital⠀content,⠀and⠀ensuring⠀our⠀branded/logoed⠀apparel is⠀presented⠀with⠀quality⠀and⠀accuracy.⠀You will⠀work⠀alongside⠀the⠀marketing,⠀customer⠀service,⠀project⠀management⠀and⠀technology⠀teams to⠀ensure the⠀accurate,⠀functional⠀and⠀on-time⠀deployment⠀of new⠀partnership⠀activations,⠀including⠀its⠀design,⠀merchandise⠀set up and⠀testing⠀prior to⠀launch.

What YOU will do:

• Grow sales⠀by⠀activating⠀new⠀internet⠀retailer⠀accounts.
• Own⠀Vantage’s⠀product⠀merchandise⠀assortment⠀with⠀internet⠀accounts⠀and manage⠀the⠀ongoing⠀refresh to⠀drive new⠀business.
• Liaise⠀closely⠀with⠀merchandising,⠀operations,⠀and⠀customer⠀service⠀teams to⠀improve⠀efficiencies,⠀trade, and⠀customer⠀experience.
• Be⠀highly⠀involved⠀in site⠀testing⠀for⠀development⠀projects⠀and the⠀regular⠀site walks⠀to ensure⠀100%⠀accuracy⠀at all⠀times.
• Assisting⠀with the⠀day-to-day⠀coordination⠀of⠀e-Commerce⠀marketplace⠀activities,⠀e.g.⠀product⠀uploads,⠀reporting,⠀and⠀managing⠀integration⠀data⠀feeds.
• Reporting⠀on⠀e-Commerce⠀account⠀performance⠀including⠀KPIs,⠀providing⠀data-driven⠀insight,⠀and⠀conducting⠀deep dives⠀were⠀needed to⠀better⠀understand⠀shopping⠀behaviors⠀and⠀trends.
• Attend⠀trade⠀shows or⠀visit⠀accounts⠀(on⠀occasion)⠀to develop⠀in-depth,⠀strong⠀working⠀relationships.

Who YOU are:

• You have a⠀Bachelor's⠀degree (B.⠀A.) in a⠀related⠀field or⠀equivalent.
• Proven⠀e-Commerce⠀work⠀experience⠀in apparel⠀merchandising⠀in a⠀similar⠀role.
• Hands-on⠀experience⠀of an⠀e-Commerce⠀platform⠀– like⠀Shopify,⠀OrderDesk⠀or Store⠀Automater
• Knowledge⠀of⠀analytical⠀tools for⠀performance⠀measurement,⠀determine⠀improvements⠀and⠀innovations.
• An⠀understanding⠀of⠀e-Commerce⠀UX,⠀content⠀and⠀development⠀projects,⠀and⠀intuitive⠀knowledge⠀of how⠀users⠀interact⠀and shop⠀in a⠀digital⠀environment.
• Excellent⠀ability to⠀analyze⠀data and⠀propose⠀commercial⠀objectives.
• High⠀proficiency⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀Suite⠀(Word,⠀Excel,⠀Outlook,⠀PowerPoint).
• Highly⠀motivated⠀with a⠀disciplined⠀approach⠀to problem⠀solving
