Position Overview: The Digital Performance Consultant (DPC) will serve as the primary contact for Ford and Lincoln Dealers, providing expert consultation on digital marketing products and services. This role involves in-person dealer visits, managing dealer relationships, and optimizing the use of FordDirect’s digital solutions to drive dealer success. The position requires extensive travel within the Orlando Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation & Coaching: Advise dealers on digital marketing products, usage, and performance through in-person visits and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for assigned dealers, resolving concerns and building strong relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Assess and analyze dealer digital strategies and performance to prepare for consultations.
  • Sales & Performance Goals: Utilize consultative selling to achieve product penetration and revenue goals.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to dealers, enhance their utilization of FordDirect products, and achieve dealer satisfaction goals.
  • Product Feedback: Gather dealer feedback on product use and recommend enhancements to internal teams.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute product launches and initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Manage territory financials, including revenue goals and dealer billing inquiries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in and contribute to training activities and knowledge sharing.

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel within the Orlando Metro area.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in digital marketing.
    • 5+ years working with automotive retail teams.
    • 5+ years of direct solution selling experience, preferably with automotive dealers.
    • Experience with CRM systems and financial management (revenue goals, profitability).
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

    • Proactive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
    • Independent and collaborative work capabilities with a positive attitude.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Base Salary Range: $87K-$100K, based on experience.
