The Digital Performance Analyst supports the Digital Analytics & Testing team by managing daily work activities, analyzing data, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This role involves working with Google Analytics, reporting functions, and a/b/n testing to enhance user experience and drive online conversions.
How You'll Shine:
Requirements Development:
- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager to understand reporting requirements.
- Identify, transform, and prepare data for exploratory analyses and ongoing reporting.
Data Exploration, Visualization, and Dashboarding:
- Compile datasets and develop dashboards to monitor website and digital marketing campaign performance.
Business Performance:
- Monitor business performance, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend optimizations to the site experience.
End User Experience:
- Optimize end user experience across multiple lines of business.
- Identify, test, and optimize new website product features using data-driven insights.
Data Analysis:
- Incorporate multiple data sources and methodologies to drive marketing efficiency and improve customer experience.
Testing:
- Design and execute a/b/n tests to optimize marketing investments.
- Analyze results and provide insightful recommendations.
Problem Solving:
- Develop creative solutions by partnering with multi-functional team members.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Two years of experience in digital analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in metrics validation and report formatting.
- Effective communication skills, both internally and client-facing.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
- Team player with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with SQL (MSSQL, Oracle SQL, Big Query SQL) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with GA4 and digital reporting tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Domo) is preferred.
- Experience in A/B Testing & Personalization Testing (Adobe Target/Google Optimize, Maxymiser, Optimizely) and eCommerce analytics.
- Experience with Clickstream data in Google BigQuery or other data warehouse solutions (AWS, Snowflake) is required.
