Role Overview:
The Business Development Coordinator will support the agency's leadership team by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves prospecting, strategizing, and communicating with major brands and digital marketing agencies, helping to line up meetings and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and communicate with major brands and digital marketing agencies to build and cultivate prospective relationships.
  • Support Sales & Marketing: Assist the company’s marketing and sales departments in all project efforts, helping to develop strategies and collateral.
  • Lead Management: Establish and maintain an adequate lead pipeline to meet sales objectives, ensuring all communications are accurately logged in the CRM.
  • Client Relationships: Initiate and follow up on communications with prospective clients, moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Strategy Development: Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline and strategize with marketing agencies and brands to meet their digital marketing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with high-level executives.
  • Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple priorities with high energy, maintaining enthusiasm and driving results.
  • CRM & Office Software: Strong knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Startup Environment: Comfortable working in an internet startup atmosphere, with a focus on a long-term, meaningful career in digital media.
  • Education: High school diploma required; B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree preferred.
