The Digital Media Marketing Specialist role at Citarella is centered around managing and enhancing the brand’s online presence, creating impactful digital campaigns, and deepening customer engagement. This position calls for an individual who can be both a storyteller for the Citarella brand and an analytical thinker, driven by customer-focused marketing strategies. Key duties include developing digital and email marketing campaigns, supporting content creation, collaborating with various internal teams, and measuring campaign success through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing engagement with Citarella’s markets, wine and spirits operations, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
  • Partner with the marketing team to drive both store and web traffic through digital channels, email, and SMS campaigns.
  • Execute and oversee digital/email marketing initiatives, managing schedules, tracking performance, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Create content that resonates with target audiences, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate across teams (e.g., marketing, IT, content) and with external partners to coordinate campaigns and ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices, making recommendations for SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Analytics, social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn), and marketing tools (e.g., Dotdigital, Magento).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, customer journey mapping, and digital content optimization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
