Digital Imaging and Pre build Assistant

The Product Content Marketing (PCM) team at Fanatics is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through high-quality product information and imagery. Our team is composed of imagers, stylists, writers, data experts, content editors, and quality control professionals. We foster a fun, collaborative environment and are passionate about sports and fan engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Image Updates: Utilize Adobe Photoshop to update images and files, including tasks such as file naming, dimension adjustments, color corrections, stamping, and batch actions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that product images meet quality and company standards.
• Coordination: Work with Merchandising teams and in-house studios to acquire necessary images and graphic assets.
• Upload Management: Confirm accurate upload of images to websites and digital asset management tools.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues related to images.
• Task Management: Track and manage progress on assigned tasks using interfaces such as in-house task management tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Service-Now.
• Deadline Organization: Organize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Experience: Have professional experience in digital imaging.
• Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Windows OS.
• PSD Proficiency: Comfortable working with large PSDs and managing numerous layers.
• Asset Management: Experienced with asset management processes.
• Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends, particularly around major sporting events.
