The Digital Graphic Designer at Town & Country Markets is a key contributor to the Marketing and Creative team, helping to craft engaging digital and physical experiences that align with the company's brand values. The role focuses primarily on digital platforms, including web, email, social media, and digital ads, while providing occasional support for print design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create digital assets for various platforms including the website, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring all designs align with the Town & Country Markets brand and storytelling approach.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing team to shape the vision and strategy for digital experiences. Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to bring these concepts to life.
- Digital Asset Management: Oversee and refine the digital asset library and improve asset management processes.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes for new digital experiences, working closely with Marketing and IT for internal review, testing, and deployment.
- Innovation: Experiment with new ways to engage with guests digitally, always ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and tools to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Print Design: Provide support for print materials when needed.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure consistency in branding and adhere to the company's core values and business principles in all creative output.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in digital graphic design with a focus on mobile-optimized and responsive designs. Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma.
- Design Skills: Strong grasp of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work onsite three days a week at the graphics shop, with occasional travel to market locations across Snohomish, King, and Kitsap counties.
