The Part-Time Digital Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day management of digital services, including social media, ads, and email campaigns. This role will involve project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will help optimize digital campaigns, track project timelines, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Ad Management: Assist in managing and optimizing Google PPC/Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Website Updates: Help with website maintenance and updates.
  • Social Media: Manage content and ads across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Email Marketing: Monitor and assist with monthly newsletters via tools like MailChimp.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other client documentation.
  • Project Management: Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure client scope is met.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the office, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.

Basic Qualifications

  • One-year certificate from college/technical school or 3-6 months related experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or project management is a plus.

Working Environment

  • Hybrid Position: 1-2 days per week in the Chicago office.
  • Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week.
  • Remote Work Requirements: A dedicated, distraction-free workspace and a personal computer with fast internet access.
  • Time Tracking: Required for accurate work logs.
  • Professional Standards: A professional dress code and behavior standards are expected.
