The⠀Creative⠀Graphic⠀Designer⠀is⠀responsible⠀for the⠀overall⠀visual⠀aspects of⠀an⠀advertising,⠀Packing,⠀or media⠀campaign⠀and⠀coordinates⠀the work⠀of other⠀artistic⠀or design⠀staff,⠀such as⠀graphic⠀designers.⠀Supervise,⠀help, and⠀train the⠀agency⠀Design⠀team to⠀achieve⠀the⠀department's⠀goals.
The⠀main⠀objective⠀of this⠀role is to⠀execute⠀major⠀brand⠀design⠀projects⠀across a⠀specific⠀portfolio.⠀This means⠀planning,⠀organizing,⠀and⠀implementing⠀consistent⠀design⠀principles⠀and⠀production⠀processes⠀to ensure⠀that the⠀design/production⠀guardrails⠀are met.⠀Managing⠀all⠀graphic⠀design⠀tasks,⠀refining⠀projects⠀and⠀drafts,⠀and⠀generating⠀creative⠀ideas.
Should⠀have⠀extensive⠀knowledge⠀of graphic⠀design,⠀styles,⠀and⠀techniques.⠀Also, have⠀experience⠀in⠀implementing⠀social⠀media⠀marketing⠀campaigns.⠀Ensure⠀that the⠀design⠀team⠀promotes⠀the vision⠀of the⠀company⠀through⠀high-quality⠀graphic⠀content.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all⠀company⠀website⠀and⠀digital⠀media⠀platforms⠀(social⠀media)⠀creative.
- Coordinate⠀and direct⠀the Ad⠀agency on⠀all⠀creative⠀digital⠀media-related⠀projects⠀as per the⠀management⠀brief.
- Ensure⠀all⠀digital⠀contents⠀are up to⠀date and⠀as per the⠀approved⠀calendar.
- Develop⠀first-class⠀digital⠀infographics⠀and⠀presentation⠀templates.
- Generate⠀clear⠀ideas and⠀concepts⠀in tandem⠀with the⠀line⠀manager.
- Manage⠀the⠀monthly⠀newsletter⠀production.
- Responsible⠀for the⠀creative⠀vision for⠀Printing⠀Materials⠀and⠀online.
- Produce⠀sketches,⠀storyboards⠀rough to⠀visualize⠀ideas.
- Determine⠀how best⠀to⠀represent⠀a concept⠀visually.
- Cooperate⠀with the⠀rest of⠀the⠀creative⠀team⠀across⠀different⠀types of⠀media.
- Identify⠀and solve⠀the design⠀teams'⠀significant⠀problems⠀and⠀issues.
- Manage⠀and⠀delegate⠀responsibilities⠀to other⠀designers⠀and⠀provide⠀directions.
- Stay⠀on top of⠀all trends⠀and⠀maintain⠀best⠀practices.
- Designing⠀graphic⠀content,⠀illustrations,⠀and⠀infographics.
- Managing⠀graphic⠀designs⠀from⠀conception⠀to⠀delivery⠀within⠀deadlines.
- Reviewing⠀junior⠀designer⠀drafts to⠀ensure⠀quality.
- Ensuring⠀brand⠀consistency⠀throughout⠀various⠀marketing⠀projects.
- Liaising⠀between⠀the⠀Traffic⠀Manager⠀and design⠀teams to⠀ensure⠀deadlines⠀are⠀met.
- Keeping⠀up to date⠀with⠀industry⠀developments.
Qualification
- At least 4⠀years of⠀proven⠀graphic⠀designing⠀experience.
- A⠀strong⠀portfolio⠀of Adobe⠀Creative⠀suite and⠀familiar⠀with⠀design⠀software⠀and⠀technologies⠀(such as⠀InDesign,⠀Illustrator,⠀Dreamweaver,⠀Photoshop).
- Knowledge⠀of⠀layouts,⠀graphic⠀fundamentals,⠀typography,⠀print and⠀web.
- A⠀keen eye⠀for⠀aesthetics⠀and⠀details.
- Excellent⠀English⠀communication⠀skills.
- Ability⠀to work⠀methodically⠀and meet⠀deadlines.
- University⠀Degree.
