Orchestra, a pioneering communications company, is seeking a Digital Account Director to join its award-winning digital and content arm, The Message Lab @ Orchestra (TML@O). Since its inception in early 2022, Orchestra has expanded to include eight strategic communications and marketing agencies, employing over 600 professionals across North America and Europe. The firm specializes in crafting story-driven, audience-focused communications for clients in high-growth industries such as consumer goods, technology, and healthcare.

About the Role

The Digital Account Director will manage a growing roster of clients, leading strategic conversations and overseeing digital strategies across various channels, including social media and email marketing. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office, based in either New York, N.Y., or Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Oversee day-to-day account execution, ensuring strategies align with client goals and are delivered on time.
  • Strategic Development: Create comprehensive digital strategies with benchmarks and content guidelines tailored to each client.
  • Content Production: Develop and oversee the creation of dynamic content that effectively communicates clients' stories across platforms.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide clients with reports on campaign performance, using insights to guide future strategies.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage client budgets and collaborate with vendors to implement effective advertising strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-8 years in digital communications and campaigns, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong ability to lead digital strategy, excellent written and oral communication, and proven project management skills.
  • Creative Insight: A keen eye for compelling content and understanding of marketing metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to group objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
