Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, addressing hardware/software issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and user guidance.
- Respond to, prioritize, and escalate technical support requests as needed.
- Install and maintain computing solutions using industry best practices.
- Provide guidance on effective technology use and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage hardware/software inventory and asset tracking.
- Create reports based on management requirements.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology or a related field.
- Available to work onsite at S&C HQ in Rogers Park, Chicago, IL.
- Comfortable working full-time during the internship period.
- Experience with Windows/Linux/MacOS and Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive).
- Basic knowledge of Cisco networking, security practices, and office automation technologies.
- Strong customer service skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous IT internship experience is a plus.
