The Designer, Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs with a customer-focused approach, primarily for email marketing and e-commerce. This role also provides opportunities to contribute to product launches, photoshoots, and store openings. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a creative mindset to push boundaries across all digital marketing channels.
Day in the Life
- Create Elevated Email Designs: Focus on crafting email designs that support creative and business strategies, aiming to drive sales and engagement.
- Assist Senior Art Director: Help with design, presentation, and photography concepts for email and digital campaigns.
- Support Photography Art Direction: Assist in planning and guiding photoshoots.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure new campaigns are produced at a high standard that aligns with the company’s brand identity.
- User-Centered Design: Approach each design project from a user-centered perspective, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and creative reviews are conducted.
- Final Design Execution: Work with the Production Designer to implement final design edits and check HTML proofs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Portfolio Required: A link to your portfolio (with password if applicable) or PDF samples must be included in your application.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design: A degree in Graphic Design is preferred, with a familiarity with the retail industry considered a plus.
- Relevant Experience: 3 years of experience in digital design, particularly for email and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Email Software: Familiarity with TAXI or other template-driven email software is highly preferred.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Experience creating animated content and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong Typography Skills: Expertise in typography to enhance design quality and readability.
