Role Summary:
Toll Brothers is seeking a Design Studio Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Orlando Design Studio. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to home buyers, prospects, and internal teams, ensuring that their experience at the Design Studio is positive and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist home buyers, prospects, and other visitors to the Design Studio.
  • Provide information to home buyers, construction, sales, and purchasing teams.
  • Assist the Design Studio Manager in maintaining various reports and tracking buyer selections.
  • Ensure the Design Studio appearance is maintained, with all samples in good condition, labeled, and available.
  • Assist with Orientation Night and other events, including scheduling and organizing.
  • Input buyer selections into the system and maintain accurate buyer files.
  • Process invoices/billing, order supplies, and assist with scheduling as needed.
  • Conduct community-specific tours for buyers.
  • Answer phones and assist with general inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and DocuSign.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of design and homebuilding is a plus.
  • Weekend availability is required.
