The Vendor Compliance & Reporting Manager oversees Ferrero's vendor compliance and claims processes for North America and Canada. This role includes managing a team of analysts, reviewing vendor compliance claims, and ensuring the efficient recovery of invalid claims. You will work closely with the sales team, providing analysis, reporting, and recommendations for process improvements. This position is integral in managing compliance-related deductions, supporting process efficiency, and maintaining data integrity within the High Radius system.
Team Leadership: Supervise and maximize the efficiency of analysts handling compliance claims, including shortages, penalties, and returns.
