Role Overview

The Vendor Compliance & Reporting Manager oversees Ferrero's vendor compliance and claims processes for North America and Canada. This role includes managing a team of analysts, reviewing vendor compliance claims, and ensuring the efficient recovery of invalid claims. You will work closely with the sales team, providing analysis, reporting, and recommendations for process improvements. This position is integral in managing compliance-related deductions, supporting process efficiency, and maintaining data integrity within the High Radius system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and maximize the efficiency of analysts handling compliance claims, including shortages, penalties, and returns.

  • Claims and Compliance Management:

    • Review vendor compliance manuals and routing guides for key clients.
    • Lead monthly compliance close processes and ensure all necessary approvals.
    • Validate deductions and maintain timely documentation to support escalations.
  • Data Integrity:

    • Ensure data accuracy within the High Radius system and handle monthly write-offs of valid claims.
    • Monitor and audit high-value claims, processing write-offs to appropriate cost centers.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    • Work with customer service, logistics, and sales to address and resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly Order to Cash (OTC) reports for stakeholders.
    • Identify improvement opportunities for process and system automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with knowledge of order execution processes.
    • Familiarity with the supply chain process, from purchase order (PO) to the product on the sales floor.
    • Proficiency in vendor compliance, routing guides, and deductions analysis.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Knowledge of SAP and High Radius is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective follow-up skills to manage and resolve compliance-related issues.
