Role Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist will be a key member of the customer success & data entry team, responsible for maintaining and updating the customer database. The role involves processing customer information, establishing priorities, and ensuring data accuracy. This is an ideal position for someone who is focused, diligent, and technically savvy, with strong problem-solving skills and experience in data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Establish entry priorities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Review customer and account source documents for deficiencies and ensure accurate data entry.
• Work closely with rent roll data and other customer-provided information.

• Technically Savvy: You have strong computer skills, with experience in Excel and Salesforce. Experience with Postman is a bonus.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proficient in Salesforce and Excel.
• Eligibility: Must be able to legally work in the US and work full-time from our Miami office.
• Language: Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
