As⠀a Customer⠀Success⠀Manager at⠀Prelim,⠀you will⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀building⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with banks⠀and other⠀financial⠀institutions⠀and⠀ensuring⠀their⠀success⠀with the⠀platform.⠀You will⠀play a key⠀role in⠀driving⠀customer⠀adoption,⠀engagement,⠀and⠀satisfaction⠀by⠀providing⠀expert⠀guidance,⠀training,⠀and⠀support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and⠀maintain⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with⠀customers⠀to⠀understand⠀their⠀goals,⠀challenges,⠀and⠀needs
Manage⠀customer⠀deployments⠀and work⠀with⠀stakeholders⠀on⠀timelines
Drive⠀adoption⠀and meet⠀with⠀important⠀stakeholders⠀on an⠀ongoing⠀basis
Provide⠀ongoing⠀customer⠀support,⠀including⠀answering⠀questions,⠀resolving⠀issues,⠀and⠀providing⠀product⠀training
Proactively⠀engage⠀customers⠀to drive⠀adoption,⠀usage, and⠀satisfaction⠀with our⠀products
Work⠀closely⠀with our⠀Product⠀and⠀Engineering⠀teams to⠀communicate⠀customer⠀feedback⠀and drive⠀product⠀improvements
Collaborate⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams to⠀develop⠀and⠀execute⠀customer⠀success⠀plans
Stay⠀up-to-date⠀on banking⠀trends and⠀best⠀practices,⠀and share⠀this⠀knowledge⠀with⠀customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀a relevant⠀field,⠀such as⠀Business,⠀Marketing,⠀or⠀Computer⠀Science
1+⠀years of⠀experience⠀in⠀customer⠀success,⠀account⠀management,⠀or a⠀related⠀field
Excellent⠀communication,⠀interpersonal,⠀and⠀relationship-building⠀skills
Strong⠀problem-solving⠀skills and⠀ability to⠀think⠀creatively
Ability⠀to work⠀independently⠀and as⠀part of a⠀team in a⠀fast-paced⠀and⠀dynamic⠀environment
Passion⠀for⠀helping⠀customers⠀succeed⠀and drive⠀business⠀results
Bonus:⠀Knowledgable⠀about⠀banking⠀and⠀banking⠀trends
