Responsibilities:
- Manage⠀post-sales⠀relationships⠀with⠀Advan's⠀customers⠀and serve⠀as their⠀trusted⠀consultant.⠀Customers⠀include⠀Hedge⠀Funds,⠀Real Esate⠀Investment⠀Companies⠀and⠀Insurance⠀Companies.⠀You will⠀be the⠀main point⠀of contact⠀for your⠀customers⠀and will⠀have a⠀full⠀technical⠀understanding⠀of Advan's⠀product⠀set⠀including⠀best⠀practices,⠀limitations,⠀and⠀roadmap⠀items.
- Leverage⠀Advan⠀product⠀data and⠀customer⠀data to⠀perform⠀intensive⠀analyses⠀designed⠀to drive⠀product⠀development⠀and⠀business⠀strategy.⠀You will⠀present⠀findings⠀to senior⠀management⠀to drive⠀product⠀decisions⠀and growth⠀opportunities.
- Identify⠀new⠀partnership⠀expansion⠀strategies⠀through⠀customer⠀relationship⠀development⠀and⠀successful⠀project⠀management.
- Collaborate⠀with Sales⠀and⠀Marketing⠀by sharing⠀customer⠀insights⠀and⠀improving⠀cross-company⠀operational⠀components.
Requirements:
- 3+ years⠀of⠀Customer⠀Success⠀experience⠀working⠀with⠀technology⠀companies.
- Exceptional⠀relationship⠀management⠀skills.⠀Can speak⠀comfortably⠀and⠀persuasively⠀in front⠀of all⠀levels of⠀a customer⠀organization.⠀Experience⠀identifying⠀and⠀maintaining⠀long-term⠀relationships.
- Strong⠀project⠀management⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀oversee⠀multiple,⠀simultaneous⠀solutions⠀executed⠀by various⠀internal⠀teams.
- Ability⠀to work⠀under⠀pressure⠀and⠀creatively⠀problem⠀solve in⠀real⠀time.
- Experience⠀with⠀Salesforce.
- Experience⠀with⠀analytics⠀tools.
- Strong⠀analytical⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀use⠀product⠀performance⠀data and⠀market⠀insights⠀to drive⠀new⠀business⠀opportunities.
- Ability⠀to⠀troubleshoot⠀product or⠀technical⠀issues⠀with⠀internal⠀teams when⠀needed,⠀including⠀product,⠀development⠀and⠀customer⠀support.
- Bachelor's⠀Degree⠀with a⠀focus on⠀technical⠀or⠀business⠀disciplines
- Proficient⠀English⠀-spoken⠀and⠀written.
Salary range $80,000 - $100,000
