The Customer Service Specialist position at the Robinswood Tennis Center in Bellevue is a part-time role that involves assisting customers, handling payment transactions, and providing general support to the facility. This role reports to the Robinswood Tennis Center Manager and offers an average of 20 hours per week, with shifts varying based on the season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer phone calls, and provide quality customer service.
  • Process admissions fees and participant registrations using CivicRec software.
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, and maintain accountability for shift reports.
  • Communicate rules and policies, ensure safety, and report damage or injuries.
  • Perform clerical tasks, assist with cleaning, and work cooperatively with staff to provide a safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED; must pass a criminal background check.
  • Preferred: College-level coursework.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
  • Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and handling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
