Responsibilities:
The⠀Customer⠀Service⠀Representative⠀acts as a⠀liaison,⠀providing⠀effective⠀customer⠀service⠀for all⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀customers⠀by using⠀excellent,⠀in-depth⠀knowledge⠀of company⠀products⠀and⠀programs.⠀Gives⠀prompt⠀reply to⠀all phone⠀and email⠀correspondence.⠀Focuses on⠀“key⠀customer⠀accounts”⠀and⠀handles⠀the⠀maintenance⠀on a more⠀individualized⠀basis.⠀Communicates⠀effectively⠀with team⠀members⠀within the⠀department⠀and with⠀other⠀company⠀personnel,⠀as⠀required⠀to advance⠀the⠀service⠀level.⠀Immediate⠀attention⠀given to⠀the⠀resolution⠀of⠀discrepancy⠀invoices.

Qualifications:
- High⠀School⠀Diploma
- 3⠀to 5 years⠀of⠀experience⠀in an⠀office and⠀service⠀environment⠀is⠀mandatory.
- Must⠀be⠀proficient⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀office,⠀data⠀entry,⠀high call⠀volume⠀environment.
- Must⠀be able to⠀work in a⠀team⠀environment⠀with⠀flexibility⠀(seasonal⠀overtime⠀hours⠀would be⠀one⠀example).
- Should⠀be adept⠀in oral⠀and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills and⠀have a⠀professional⠀demeanor.
- Should⠀be a self⠀starter⠀with good⠀organizational⠀skills and⠀the⠀ability to⠀time⠀manage⠀under⠀pressure⠀while⠀maintaining⠀a⠀courteous⠀approach⠀with⠀customers,⠀co-workers,⠀etc.

Physical Requirements:
- This⠀position⠀involves⠀5-6 hours⠀of⠀sitting,⠀walking to⠀other⠀parts of⠀the⠀building,⠀bending,⠀kneeling⠀and⠀reaching⠀as well as⠀vision⠀(computer⠀database⠀entry and⠀retrieval⠀of⠀information),⠀hearing⠀(use of⠀telephone)⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀with⠀customers,⠀suppliers⠀and⠀employees.
