What You'll Be Doing:

Provide⠀expert⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀customer⠀service⠀and sales⠀support to⠀the Inside⠀Sales Team⠀and⠀outside⠀service⠀provider⠀(OSP)⠀engagements.
Assist⠀in⠀maintaining⠀performance⠀expectations⠀further to⠀enhance⠀Arrow's⠀position⠀within⠀each⠀customer⠀and⠀supplier.
Will⠀handle⠀more⠀complex⠀discrepancies,⠀interfacing⠀directly⠀with OSPs,⠀and⠀recommend⠀solutions⠀and action⠀plans to⠀internal⠀sales team⠀staff.
Heavily⠀involved⠀with⠀positive⠀KPI⠀improvement,⠀including⠀on-time⠀delivery⠀(OTD) and⠀minimizing⠀quality⠀issues⠀with the⠀warehouse.
Responsible⠀for the⠀Order to⠀Invoice⠀Process,⠀including⠀but not⠀limited to⠀Direct⠀expedites⠀with test⠀houses⠀(OSPs) and⠀the⠀ability to⠀manipulate⠀and manage⠀account-specific⠀backlog⠀reports⠀with test⠀houses.⠀This⠀includes⠀pulling⠀data,⠀utilizing⠀Excel, and⠀ensuring⠀responses⠀are⠀received⠀back in a⠀timely⠀manner.
Completing⠀Work⠀Orders⠀(WOs) in⠀Oracle,⠀including⠀managing⠀delivery⠀documents⠀to test⠀houses⠀(where⠀applicable).⠀Managed⠀outbound⠀orders for⠀end⠀customers⠀with great⠀accuracy⠀and⠀attention⠀to⠀detail.
Support⠀sales team⠀with⠀direct⠀sales⠀contact,⠀ensuring⠀quick and⠀complete⠀follow-through⠀on⠀inquiries⠀from⠀sales,⠀test⠀house, and⠀end⠀customers.
Handle⠀and assist⠀with⠀branch⠀service⠀requests⠀(sure ship⠀and sure⠀receipt),⠀RMA⠀(Return⠀Material⠀Authorization),⠀and FQR⠀(Field⠀Quality⠀Request)⠀where⠀necessary.

What Are We Looking For:

Has⠀developed⠀knowledge⠀and skills⠀through⠀formal⠀training⠀or⠀considerable⠀work⠀experience.⠀Entry-level⠀often for⠀those with⠀work⠀experience⠀in the⠀skill⠀area
Works⠀within⠀established⠀procedures⠀with a⠀moderate⠀degree of⠀supervision
Identifies⠀the⠀problem⠀and all⠀relevant⠀issues in⠀straightforward⠀situations,⠀assesses⠀each using⠀standard⠀procedures,⠀and makes⠀sound⠀decisions
Intermediate⠀Microsoft⠀Excel⠀skills are⠀required
Must⠀be a US⠀Citizen
Requires⠀a 2-year⠀degree and⠀2-4 years⠀of⠀experience
New⠀hires are⠀expected⠀to be in⠀person for⠀the⠀initial 8⠀weeks of⠀onboarding;⠀once this⠀period is⠀completed,⠀the⠀employee⠀will then⠀move to⠀hybrid (3⠀days in⠀office, 2⠀remote)
