Customer Data Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately create and maintain Customer Master Data, including billing and shipping addresses, pricing files, marketing promotions, and field sales assignments.
• Set up initial credit limits for new accounts.

Data Validation and Updates

• Validate and input data for new customer accounts.
• Review and update existing customer account data.
• Adjust account data based on territory realignment.

Shipping Fee Adjustments

• Investigate and correct errors related to shipping fees caused by inaccurate address data in the system.

General Support

• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer data.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a B2B customer service environment focused on office operations and data entry preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Skills and Abilities

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, PC, and email applications; SAP experience is helpful but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accurate data entry and account management.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
