As a Specialist in Account Management at Hilton Grand Vacations, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Manager of Account Management with various print and digital projects. Your role will involve managing project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and approval of creative assets, and facilitating communication between creative and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Develop and manage timelines for creative projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered and approved on time by coordinating with various teams.
- Organize and lead kickoff and status meetings; document and communicate next steps.
Communication:
- Regularly update team members, including junior and executive levels, on project schedules and statuses.
- Serve as the primary contact between creative, copy, studio, production teams, and business teams.
- Record and save final creative assets and approvals.
Process Improvement:
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Align with production teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Additional Duties:
- Handle detailed note-taking during meetings and provide clear recaps.
- Translate creative briefs into actionable project plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience in project management or account management.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective and persuasive communication skills.
