Creative Art Director

The Creative Art Director will be the mastermind behind our visual storytelling, orchestrating the transformation of scripts into impactful visual content, be it through animation, corporate videos, or corporate communication visuals. Your role will be pivotal in defining and refining our creative vision across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Strategy:

• Craft and⠀define the⠀visual⠀narrative⠀strategy⠀for⠀various⠀projects,⠀ensuring⠀alignment⠀with⠀client⠀needs and⠀our brand⠀ethos.
• Collaborate⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams to⠀conceptualize⠀and⠀execute⠀impactful⠀visuals⠀that⠀resonate⠀with the⠀target⠀audience.

Project Oversight:

• Lead and⠀mentor a⠀team of⠀artists⠀and⠀designers⠀to produce⠀top-tier⠀content.
• Supervise⠀the⠀progression⠀of⠀projects⠀from⠀concept to⠀completion,⠀ensuring⠀quality⠀and⠀consistency.

Team Engagement:

• Work hand⠀in hand⠀with⠀animators,⠀writers,⠀and other⠀creatives⠀to breathe⠀life into⠀visual⠀narratives.
• Coordinate⠀with⠀project⠀managers⠀to ensure⠀timely⠀delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Fine Arts,⠀Animation,⠀Film, or⠀related⠀discipline.
• Proven⠀experience⠀as a⠀Creative⠀Art⠀Director,⠀backed by⠀a strong⠀portfolio⠀showcasing⠀diverse⠀projects.
