Role Overview:

As an Internal Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with external partners to support financial professionals nationwide.
• Work towards achieving sales goals across multiple territories.
• Educate clients and prospects on DWS’s global investment strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce and other databases to manage and develop territories.
• Enhance skills in analytics, presentations, relationship building, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain and apply knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices.
• Articulate sales strategies and adapt messaging to suit diverse audiences.
• Use tools like Morningstar Advisor Workstation and Salesforce to manage client interactions and territory development.
• Learn about global financial markets and educate clients on investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with Morningstar Advisor Workstation and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, adapt to different audiences, and work collaboratively.
