Job Description
- Collecting⠀the stock⠀report⠀from all⠀outlets/departments⠀and⠀prepare⠀the⠀combined⠀stock⠀report for⠀all Food,⠀Beverage⠀and⠀General⠀store⠀items.
- Co-ordinating⠀with⠀Operating⠀Managers⠀on⠀requirements⠀to⠀maintain⠀par stock⠀level for⠀efficient⠀running of⠀departments.
- Reviewing⠀inventory⠀par levels⠀and⠀ensuring⠀stocks are⠀kept at⠀appropriate⠀level.
- Establishing⠀an⠀efficient⠀system of⠀store⠀receiving,⠀checking,⠀recording,⠀stock⠀control⠀and issue⠀of⠀stocks.
- Supervising⠀monthly⠀stock⠀takes.
- Overseeing⠀the⠀Receiving,⠀Store⠀function⠀and⠀perform⠀stock⠀audits.
- Preparing⠀regular⠀Food⠀Beverage⠀cost⠀reports.
- Perform⠀food over⠀reporting,⠀checking⠀regularly⠀and⠀discuss⠀with⠀Chef.
- Controlling⠀Officer⠀checks⠀allowance
- Handling⠀on control⠀the⠀Consignment⠀stock and⠀movement.
- To⠀monitor⠀activities⠀relating⠀to F&B⠀cost⠀controls⠀with the⠀Hotel.
- To⠀verify⠀that Minor⠀Standard⠀purchase⠀specifications⠀are⠀followed⠀on a⠀continuing⠀basis.
- To⠀check⠀prices on⠀daily⠀quotation⠀sheets.
- To⠀verify the⠀accuracy⠀of the⠀entries,⠀extensions⠀and totals⠀of the⠀Receiving⠀Clerk’s⠀daily⠀report for⠀all F&B⠀items.
- To⠀verify⠀that⠀Notice of⠀Error⠀Correction⠀and Goods⠀Received⠀without⠀invoice⠀forms have⠀been⠀prepared⠀where⠀applicable.
- To⠀conduct⠀monthly⠀Market⠀Survey.
- To⠀spot check⠀merchandise⠀daily to⠀see that⠀it meets⠀the⠀specifications⠀and review⠀any⠀deficiencies⠀with⠀receiving⠀clerk to⠀ascertain⠀the reason⠀for⠀sub-standard⠀merchandise.
- To⠀reconcile⠀total food⠀purchases⠀with the⠀receiver⠀clerk’s⠀receiving⠀report for⠀the⠀month.
- To⠀ensure⠀that all⠀merchandise⠀is stored⠀in a⠀properly⠀locked⠀areas and⠀monitor⠀control of⠀keys for⠀all such⠀areas.
- To⠀carry out⠀reasonable⠀duties as⠀may be⠀requested⠀by the⠀department⠀head.
- Ensuring⠀all⠀storerooms⠀are secure⠀at all⠀time, and⠀that all⠀received⠀goods are⠀stored in⠀their⠀correct⠀location
- To⠀control⠀stock in⠀designed⠀store room⠀by means⠀of stock⠀rotation,⠀and⠀keeping⠀appropriate⠀par stock⠀levels.
- Maintaining⠀storerooms,⠀passageways,⠀floors,⠀walls,⠀office⠀areas and⠀dock areas⠀so that⠀the⠀highest⠀degree of⠀sanitation⠀is⠀kept
- Ensuring⠀that all⠀requisitions⠀are fully⠀completed⠀and⠀checked⠀before⠀being⠀released⠀to the⠀respective⠀departments.
- Ensuring⠀all⠀requisition⠀is⠀properly⠀authorized.
- Report⠀on⠀obsolete⠀stocks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀finance or⠀relevant⠀field⠀strongly⠀preferred
- Minimum⠀2 years’⠀experience⠀working in⠀cost⠀control
- Exceptionally⠀well⠀organized⠀with an⠀aptitude⠀for⠀data
- Outstanding⠀communication⠀skills,⠀both⠀written⠀and⠀verbal
- Solid⠀networking⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills
- Able⠀to⠀generate⠀budgets⠀and⠀reports
- Strong⠀presentation⠀skills,⠀able to⠀explain⠀concepts⠀concisely⠀and⠀accurately
