Job Responsibilities:
- Policy⠀Development⠀and⠀Implementation:
- Develop,⠀review,⠀and update⠀corporate⠀governance⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures.
- Implement⠀and⠀communicate⠀policies⠀across the⠀organization.
Compliance Oversight:
- Monitor⠀and ensure⠀compliance⠀with all⠀relevant⠀laws,⠀regulations,⠀and⠀industry⠀standards.
- Provide⠀guidance⠀and⠀training⠀to⠀employees⠀on⠀compliance⠀matters.
Board Support and Communication:
- Assist in⠀the⠀preparation⠀of board⠀meetings,⠀including⠀agenda⠀creation,⠀materials⠀distribution,⠀and⠀minutes⠀recording.

Ethical Standards and Code of Conduct:

Report Preparation and Analysis:

Requirements:
