The Digital Operations team within WMG’s WMX division is responsible for building and managing artist-focused eCommerce stores and websites, aiming to create seamless fan experiences.

Role Overview:

As a Web Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage and optimize artist websites, handling everything from content organization and SEO practices to technical troubleshooting and collaboration with various internal teams. This role is essential in supporting album cycles and special marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content for artist websites, ensuring marketing and UX best practices.
  • Optimize websites for SEO and comply with privacy and data policies.
  • Handle technical challenges, coordinate with developers, and document processes.
  • Support project managers with artist onboarding, site migrations, and archives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing operations and familiarity with CMS (e.g., Drupal).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on editing and proofreading.
