Contracting Manager

We are⠀seeking a⠀capable⠀Contracting⠀Manager to⠀oversee⠀and manage⠀our⠀contracting⠀operations.⠀The ideal⠀candidate⠀will have⠀a strong⠀background⠀in the⠀construction⠀industry,⠀exceptional⠀project⠀management⠀skills,⠀and a⠀proven⠀ability to⠀effectively⠀manage⠀teams and⠀ensure the⠀successful⠀execution⠀of⠀projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee⠀and manage⠀all⠀aspects of⠀contracting⠀operations,⠀ensuring⠀projects⠀are⠀executed⠀efficiently,⠀on time,⠀within⠀budget,⠀and in⠀compliance⠀with⠀quality⠀standards.
• Plan⠀and⠀schedule⠀construction⠀projects,⠀allocating⠀resources⠀effectively⠀and⠀coordinating⠀with⠀various⠀stakeholders⠀to ensure⠀project⠀milestones⠀are⠀met.
• Manage⠀and⠀supervise⠀project⠀managers⠀and⠀construction⠀teams,⠀providing⠀guidance,⠀mentoring,⠀and⠀support to⠀ensure⠀work is⠀performed⠀to the⠀highest⠀standards.
• Monitor⠀and report⠀on project⠀progress⠀to the⠀Managing⠀Partner,⠀identifying⠀any issues⠀or risks⠀and⠀implementing⠀appropriate⠀mitigation⠀strategies.
• Liaise⠀with⠀clients,⠀contractors,⠀suppliers,⠀and⠀consultants⠀to⠀maintain⠀effective⠀communication⠀and⠀resolve⠀any⠀project-related⠀challenges.
• Ensure⠀compliance⠀with⠀health and⠀safety⠀regulations⠀and⠀promote a⠀safe⠀working⠀environment⠀for all⠀staff.
• Develop⠀and⠀implement⠀operational⠀policies,⠀procedures,⠀and best⠀practices⠀to enhance⠀the⠀efficiency⠀and⠀effectiveness⠀of the⠀contracting⠀operations.
• Monitor⠀and report⠀on⠀financial⠀performance⠀and⠀budgets⠀for the⠀contracting⠀operations.

Requirements:

• At least⠀10 years⠀of⠀experience⠀in the⠀construction⠀industry,⠀with a⠀minimum of⠀4 years in⠀a⠀managerial⠀role⠀overseeing⠀contracting⠀operations.
• Experience⠀working in⠀the UAE is⠀a must,⠀preferably⠀in Abu⠀Dhabi.
• Strong⠀project⠀management⠀skills,⠀with a⠀proven⠀track⠀record of⠀successfully⠀delivering⠀construction⠀projects⠀on time⠀and within⠀budget.
• Excellent⠀leadership⠀and team⠀management⠀abilities,⠀with the⠀capacity⠀to inspire⠀and⠀motivate⠀teams to⠀achieve⠀project⠀goals.
• In-depth⠀knowledge⠀of⠀construction⠀methods,⠀materials,⠀and⠀processes.
• Familiarity⠀with local⠀building⠀codes,⠀regulations,⠀and⠀industry⠀standards.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀effectively⠀collaborate⠀with⠀clients,⠀contractors,⠀suppliers,⠀and⠀consultants.
• Strong⠀problem-solving⠀and⠀decision-making⠀abilities.
• Proficiency⠀in ERP and⠀construction⠀management⠀software⠀and tools.
